SILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM.
SILVER MEMBERSHIP… you will receive a thorough CLEANING and TUNE-UP on your a/c during the cooling season and a thorough CLEANING and TUNE-UP on your furnace during the heating season. In addition, if you need any repairs during the policy period, you will receive a 15% discount on all parts & labor plus PAY NOTHING for any service calls.
Gold Membership Fee --------- $287.40 ann. or $23.95 mo.
PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP... you are guaranteed same-day appointments, 2 FREE tune ups (1 on air conditioning & 1 on furnace), FREE repairs (excluding major out of warranty components for the first yr. only... after one full yr., free repairs on all components*), FREE service calls, 7 days a week 24 hours a day. This membership is good for any equipment under 10 years old. Does not cover T-stats, house electrical wiring or ductwork.
*Major components are compressors, condensing coils, evaporator coils & heat exchangers.
Platinum Membership Fee --------- $395.40 ann. or $32.95 mo.
During our tune-ups we check things like your freon, wiring, contactors, capacitors, motor & compressor amperage. we check for carbon monoxide & cracked heat exchangers... and when we're finished... notify you of any problems that might occur in the future... we call this preventive maintenance

When you purchase one of our memberships, we do a complete tune-up and professional cleaning on both your a/c and furnace annually... plus we make it so easy and convenient. Nothing for you to remember… one of our office personnel will contact you when it's time for your tune-ups and will make an appointment at your convenience.
